Power Platform Developer
The Opportunity:

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Power Platform Developer to be the primary builder of a mission-critical engineering application for the U.S. Navy. You will be responsible for the hands-on development of the user interface, forms, and workflows that bring the Ship System Status Program (SSSP) to life. You will work closely with our lead architect to integrate custom-built calculation engines and build out the full suite of application modules. This is a critical execution role focused on turning designs and requirements into a functional, user-friendly application that will be used by over 200 engineers and analysts.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods
  • 5+ years of experience of using low-code or no-code solutions for new applications or generating and enhancing solutions for existing applications
  • Experience building and deploying complex Power Apps including Canvas and Model-Driven
  • Experience with Power Fx, including working with large datasets, complex collections, and delegation
  • Experience building and debugging complex Power Automate flows such as cloud flows
  • Experience working in an Agile development team and using ALM best practices for solution management
  • Knowledge of the Dataverse data platform, including creating and managing tables, columns, and relationships
  • Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
  • Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, ServiceNow, SalesForce, Pega, Appian, PowerApps, or OpenText
  • Experience with connecting to and consuming data from custom PCF controls

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
