Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience
Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows; desktop flow experience is a plus
Experience designing and implementing Dataverse solutions
Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and external systems
Experience developing custom connectors and working with APIs
Strong understanding of security, permissions, and solution deployment practices
Experience with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, connector management, authentication, and security best practices.
Experience troubleshooting and optimizing existing Power Platform solutions
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Highly Preferred:
Experience with Power Platform CoE (Center of Excellence) governance and administration
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Experience with Azure services and enterprise integrations
Experience developing reusable solution components and automation frameworks
Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
Copilot experience is a plus
