Provide comprehensive post-acute care to patients
Manage an average daily patient volume of 15-20 patients
Participate in a shared call schedule among a team of 4 providers
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for optimal patient care
Ensure a manageable workload with 36 patient care hours per week

An established post-acute care program is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing team in Lewiston, Idaho. This opportunity offers a collaborative practice environment, manageable patient volumes, and excellent work-life balance with strong clinical support.
36 patient care hours per week
