Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 2 years' experience in data management and analysis.
• Epic certification in Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, Cadence, or related app (maintenance of certification is required).
• Experience with data manipulation, statistical analysis, and reporting in healthcare quality settings preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including vlookup, pivot tables, and formulas needed.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to analyze data and improve clinical care quality.
• Support data collection and analysis efforts with internal and external IT stakeholders.
• Manage data tasks including running dashboards and analyzing reports.
• Review electronic medical records to identify care gaps and generate scheduling reports.
• Conduct quality improvement analyses as requested by leadership.
• Develop clear presentations and diagrams to facilitate clinical workflow improvements.
• Support the functionality and integration of Epic for Population Health initiatives.
