We9re seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead our Alexandria team. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing a high-performing team, and delivering strong business results while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
What You9ll Do
- Lead and Develop Your Team
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and accountability for a team of residential plumbing professionals. Foster a culture built on performance, service, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Drive Revenue and Performance
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify growth opportunities, and help your team achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Improve Operational Efficiency
- Partner with field and office leadership to optimize scheduling, productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
- Support Technical Excellence
- Act as a resource for technicians by providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and industry best practices.
- Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Recruit and Develop Talent
- Help attract, train, and retain top talent while building a strong pipeline for future growth.
What We9re Looking For
- Experience leading a residential plumbing service team
- Proven success driving performance and accountability
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Valid driver9s license and acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master Plumber license or similar industry credentials
- Experience managing service, sales, and operational metrics
