In the assigned Job Role of Engineering Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Ensure all product deliverables meet design and technical specification to ensure that all engineering processes align with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with 1 client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Run scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience Project Management: Manage scope, resources, budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies; establish governance; and coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, facilitate executive and working sessions, communicate design decisions, and support proposals, implementation estimates and transformation roadmaps.
Preferred Skill and Experience Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Governance in Oracle Cloud PLM
Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management (RAID governance)
Experience in Oracle Cloud PLM Projects Implementation and Delivery: Guide configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, adoption and hypercare while maintaining alignment with agreed business outcomes.
Facilitate CRP, UAT, training, and documentation.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
