PLM Principal Consultant / Architect
Role Summary
Lead the definition, design, and implementation of enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions to support digital transformation initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT leadership to deliver scalable PLM architectures, process standardization, and system integration strategies across the product lifecycle.
Functional Experience / Skills Required
• Strong experience in PLM consulting, solution architecture, and business process transformation.
• Expertise in Product Development, Engineering Change Management, Configuration Management, and Product Data Management.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, stakeholder management, and global delivery teams.
Technical Skills / Systems Experience Required
• Deep expertise in PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, or equivalent.
• Experience integrating PLM with CAD, ERP, MES, ALM, and other enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, data migration, workflows, security, and system governance.
Expected Key Deliverables
• Enterprise PLM solution architecture and implementation roadmap.
• Functional and technical design documents, integration architecture, and governance standards.
• Successful delivery of PLM transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
