Full Job Description
The Platform Engineer, Dynamics (F&O) maintains the F&O platform, leads the design initiatives, builds new customizations, fixes bugs, and works on integrations with other modules. The technical side includes researching, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle.

Responsibilities
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Understand limitations and functional capabilities of out of the box functionality as well as custom code
• Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
• Plan phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Assist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
• Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.
• Liaise with other technical teams, network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
• Manage and/or provide guidance to junior software developers and research assistants.
• identify business requirements and match them with technological capabilities and with Microsoft's continuous release plans

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification
• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or software engineering
• 5+ years of experience within D365 and certifications in professional Microsoft Dynamics or other relevant technologies
• X++, AX, Entity Framework, C#, .NET, SQL Server, Web Services, XML Specialization in one/more of Finance; Supply Chain; Integration; Security

Salary range: The target hiring salary range for this position is $82,000 - $95,000. This range is not a guarantee of compensation. Final placement within the range depends on factors such as internal equity, market conditions, and the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
