Platform Enablement Architect - Government ERP Solutions Category: Business Consulting, Strategy and Digital Transformation
Main location: United States, Virginia, Fairfax
Position ID:J0626-1319
Employment Type: Full Time
Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Platform Enablement Architect to serve as the primary customer facing technical representative for our Government ERP platform. This role bridges Product Management, Cloud Operations, Security, Integrations, Customer Support, and Professional Services, providing customers and prospects with a consistent and trusted source of information regarding the technology, architecture, operations, and evolution of our Government ERP solution. Unlike a traditional Solution Architect role focused primarily on implementation design, this position is responsible for representing the broader platform strategy and communicating the value of our SaaS offering, security framework, integration capabilities, support model, operational processes, and technology roadmap to executive and technical audiences.
The successful candidate will possess a unique combination of technical credibility, executive presence, communication skills, and business acumen. Candidate must be equally comfortable facilitating executive briefings, leading customer workshops, conducting architecture discussions, and translating complex technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, helping government organizations understand how the platform delivers value while reducing reliance on individual subject matter experts during routine customer and prospect engagements.
Location: This role can be performed from any of the US CGI office. Candidates should be able to work Eastern Time hours and follow a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days onsite per week.
