At Reynolds Consumer Products, we’re looking for a Plant Manager to lead our Weyauwega, Wisconsin operation and help shape what high performance looks like for the future.

Responsibilities
As Plant Manager, you will have broad responsibility for the performance of the Weyauwega operation, including safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, people, and continuous improvement.
You’ll translate business priorities into plant strategy, develop a strong leadership team, and create the operating discipline necessary to deliver sustainable results.
Just as importantly, you’ll shape the culture.
We’re looking for a leader who can engage people at every level of the organization, create accountability without losing connection, and build an environment where employees are encouraged to identify problems, challenge assumptions, and make things better.
You will:
Lead the Business
- Own overall plant performance and establish clear priorities around safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, and organizational capability.
- Translate broader business strategy into an operating plan your team understands—and can execute.
- Use financial and operational data to make sound decisions about staffing, resources, capital, productivity, and plant performance.
Build a High-Performing Operation
- Create the operating discipline, processes, and accountability needed to consistently deliver results.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement—not simply as programs, but as ways of working.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate waste, improve equipment effectiveness, strengthen processes, increase productivity, and better serve our customers.
Build Leaders
- Develop a strong, capable plant leadership team.
- Coach leaders to think critically, solve problems, make decisions, and take ownership of results.
- Create clarity around expectations and hold yourself and others accountable for delivering against them.
- Build the leadership bench and organizational capability the plant needs not only today, but for the future.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
Required
- 10+ years of progressive professional experience in plant operations, including team management and demonstrated experience developing, coaching, and mentoring a diverse staff.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Demonstrated business acumen with strong understanding of P&L management, annual budgeting, capital projects, productivity improvement, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, communication, and influencing skills across organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and challenge diverse managers and leaders to achieve or exceed performance expectations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects from initiation through execution.

Bonus EligibilityRole is eligible for 25% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
