Reamstown 8/18/26 Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Plant Manager based in Reamstown, PA. The Plant Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across all the manufacturing functions within a vertically integrated, high-mix/low-volume production environment. This role oversees end-to-end operations including production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $175,000 - $195,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
