Reamstown 8/18/26 Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Plant Manager based in Reamstown, PA. The Plant Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across all the manufacturing functions within a vertically integrated, high-mix/low-volume production environment. This role oversees end-to-end operations including production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $175,000 - $195,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do • Develop and implement the operational strategy aligned with corporate vision and growth targets • Lead daily operations across the entire vertically integrated manufacturing value stream (machining, fabrication, assembly, finishing, testing, etc.) • Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier performance • Champion a culture of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the operation • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operational leadership team What we require • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, or related field and 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 of those years at a senior/executive level • Deep knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other manufacturing methodologies with a strong understanding of complex manufacturing processes, automation, and production planning • Willingness to travel up to 30% • Experience in SOP planning, supply chain and purchasing and knowledge of ERP systems and integration with strong SAP proficiency • Background in business transformation and process re-engineering What we prefer • MBA or master's • Proven experience working in or supporting multi-site manufacturing environment What we offer • Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
