- Direct, monitor, and accountable for the operating results of facility to ensure budget criteria, corporate policies and programs are achieved and customer requirements are met.
- Responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to direct and indirect reports to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned Team Members.
- Direct the development and implementation of internal procedures and controls required to ensure customer needs are achieved within budgetary goals.
- Establish standardized customer KPI and other performance metrics and ensure these metrics are communicated with the customer on an agreed upon schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Key Qualifications - Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is preferred.
- Experience supervising in an automotive or logistics based industry.
- Proficiency in working with operations manager, staff and functional departments.
- Proficiency in working with customers and visitors.
- Ability to effectively train, teach and coach salary and hourly team members.
