Job Description: - Manages targeted physicians and practices to develop and retain referrals.
- Identifies, initiates, and maintains contact with targeted referral sources.
- Develops and maintains relationships with physicians in the assigned territory to present services and foster business relationships.
- Makes face-to-face contacts and presentations to current referring physicians and potential prospects.
- Conducts proactive fieldwork with targeted physicians and their office staff to identify needs and match them with organizational offerings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including verbal, written, and public speaking (platform skills) [Required]• Ability to develop and sustain professional relationships and loyalty to the hospital as well as develop new referral sources [Required]• Demonstrate initiative, poise, confidence, and willingness to accept challenges [Required]• Ability to travel between hospital and physician offices [Required]• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the position [Required]
Education: • Bachelor's [Preferred]• Master's [Preferred]
