UW Health in northern Illinois: Primary Care - Family Medicine in Rural Clinic Setting
UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join one of our close-knit rural communities while benefiting from the resources and support of SwedishAmerican Medical Group and UW Health.

Education
• MD or DO - Required
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program in the United States - Required
License/Certifications
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required
• Active Illinois medical license - Required
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years - Required

o $290,000 - $320,479
