JOB DESCRIPTION:Physician- Nocturnist in Oregon City, OR
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS- Must be able to take in-house call during weekdays and weekends,
- Must have active OR License
- Must have active OR DEA
- Must have full-time availability
- Temp privileges (YES WITH CLEAN FILE ONLY)
Availability
- 1st possible date they would be available?
- How many shifts would they be able for per month?
- What month is their schedule completely open?
- Any shift preferences (Day, Night, Blocksetc)?
- Any dates in the next 3-6 months they cant work?
- Any Holidays in the next 3-6 months they would be open to work.?
THIS NEED IS URGENT** LONG-TERM PROVIDERS NEEDED.
- 168 beds, 15
- ICU, 25
- CDU, 16
- OB, 104 med/surg, 13
- Inpatient rehabs
Hospitalists do not cover ICU, OB, or inpatient rehab
Day team averages 15 patients/team (5-6day teams at a time). Swing averages 10 admissions, night averages 6 admissions.
Shift times: 7a-7p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a
