Physician - Family MedicineOverview:Actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an existing multi-specialty group, as part of Granger's medical clinic in Riverton, Utah.
Position Details:- Full-time: Permanent position
- Schedule: M-F
- Setting: Clinic/Private Practice
Job Summary:The Physician is responsible for Family Medicine specific patient care, including but not limited to; evaluation and management, follow-up, procedures, medication management, and implementing a treatment plan in conjunction with patient needs.
Physician will manage patient charts within the current EMR; eClinicalWorks.
Minimum Requirements:- Appropriate & applicable licensure, education & certification as a Physician in the state of Utah.
- Proper insurance credentialing prior to providing patient care
- Board Certification/Eligible
