THE POSITION
This full-time role offers a balanced mix of clinic and hospital-based care, with flexible scheduling options-including 5x8 or 4x10 work weeks-to support a healthy work-life balance. We utilize EPIC EMR across all inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure seamless continuity of care.
You will care for patients across the lifespan-from infants to older adults-and enjoy a diverse case mix including:
• Head and neck surgery
• Thyroid, oncology, parathyroid, and carotid procedures
• Tonsillectomy, sinus surgery, and general ENT
• Inspire experience preferred but not required
• BAHA procedure
• Debridement
Clinic Hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00-5:00 and Friday, 8:00-3:00
Call is One week per month and includes clinic and ER call
Requirements:
• Comprehensive ENT skill set
• Robotics experience preferred but not required
• Board certified or board eligible
• New Mexico medical license (or ability to obtain)
