2+ years of Cardiology experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required

Responsibilities
Provide advanced care for patients with heart failure
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
Educate patients and families on heart failure management
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing a respirator

Description: Could you be our next Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with Advanced Heart Failure at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA and Riddle Hospital in Media, PA?
Position: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Advanced Heart Failure Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday 8 hour day shifts. No weekends or Holiday's
Experience: 1. Two ( 2) years' of Cardiology experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Required. 2. Advanced Heart Failure experience highly preferred. 3. VAD (Ventricular Assist Device) Coordinator experience highly preferred.
Education: 1. Completion of a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required. 2. MSN required.
Licensures/Certifications: 1. Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners as a Practitioner, or by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medical Education and Licensure. 2. Certification by the NCCPA (National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants) or (CRNP) Certified Registered Nurse 3. BLS certification required. 4. May require ACLS certification. 5. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support) 6. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
