We are seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Family Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. This position is located at a federally designated Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) site with active NHSC site credentials. Clinicians hired into this role can directly pursue student loan repayment options through active NHSC federal service cycles.

Requirements
NYS PA license + NCCPA certification
Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
