PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

HOSPITALIST

SOUTHWEST FORT WORTH, TEXAS

Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a full-time opening for a Physician Assistant, to work with the Hospitalists team. This is your opportunity to practice at the top of your license, working with some of the most experienced medical teams in the region.

Position Details:

  • Full time; 7am-7pm 7 days on 7 days off
  • Evaluating and managing patients
  • Manage acutely ill patients and collaborate with intensivists and specialty teams.
  • Provide overnight coverage and clinal support in a high volume fast paced environment.

Requirements Needed to Apply:

Active Texas license

  • Physician Assistant Board Certification
  • Degree in PA studies from an approved PA program
  • Interest and experience as a critical care PA are highly encouraged to apply


The Physician Assistant ("PA") will be licensed as a physician assistant in the State of Texas and maintain such license in good standing at all times. Master's degree Physician Assistant required.

The PA will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.

The PA's duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only.
