About the JobWe're seeking a
Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive primary care focused on prevention, early intervention, and long-term wellness.
You'll care for patients ages 2 and older, managing acute and chronic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and empowering patients through education and ongoing support.

Position Hours: 40 hours per week
Clinic Operating Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
What You'll Do- Provide comprehensive primary care through in-person and virtual visits, as clinically appropriate
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions for patients ages 2+
- Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies
- Promote preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management through patient education
- Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians to support coordinated, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to applicable medical, regulatory, and HIPAA requirements
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment focused on quality care and patient outcomes
What You'll Bring- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the state of practice
- Current NCCPA certification
- Active DEA registration
- Experience providing primary care to patients ages 2 and older
- 2+ years of primary care experience preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and commitment to patient confidentiality
- Ability to successfully complete required credentialing
- Commitment to preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
