Aligned Orthopedics, in partnership with OrthoBethesda & Shady Grove Orthopedics, is hiring an Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily OR-based, with responsibilities across our hospital locations in Bethesda, Rockville, and nearby surgery centers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist surgeons in the operating room and clinic
- Participate in inpatient rounding at affiliated hospitals
- Function as an independent provider with strong clinical judgment
Qualifications- Prior orthopedic PA experience strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable practicing independently
- Graduate of an accredited PA program
- Successful completion of the national certification exam
- Licensed or license-eligible in Maryland and Virginia
New hires will receive training alongside an experienced PA for the first 1-2 months, in addition to direct guidance from our surgeons.

Starting pay with no experience: $110,000 with signing bonus
Starting pay with experience: $120,000 & up with signing bonus
