California Physical Therapy (DPT) license required
Pediatric experience required, with a preference for Early Intervention
Home-based service delivery experience preferred
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model
Follow each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) to develop strategies for developmental goals
Utilize a family-centered approach to enhance caregiver confidence and skills
Provide services in natural environments such as homes and daycare centers
Conduct re-assessments and write bi-annual progress reports
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations

Follow each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and work with the family to develop strategies to help each child reach their specific developmental goals
Utilize the family-centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers• confidence and skills and to ensure that progress is generalized
Provide services in the child's natural environment, in families• homes, daycare centers and/or other community settings.
