AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who wants direct mentorship, strong clinical development, and the opportunity to grow in a performance-focused practice.Role & Development- Treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients with evidence-based care
- Build strong patient relationships and deliver a great experience
- Gradual caseload ramp with support in clinical decision-making and workflow
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to clinic development
- Grow toward increased responsibility over time based on performance
Requirements- Virginia PT license (required) + BLS/CPR (required)
- Dry Needling preferred (not required - training available)
- New grads with strong outpatient orthopedic affiliations are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $76,000-$85,000 with clear growth potential beyond based on performance
- Bonus potential tied to patient volume and clinic growth
- Sign-on or relocation bonus (based on experience and distance)
