  • Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with PTAs, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

LTC Therapy: Worcester | Worcester, MA
$48-$52/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

LTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Worcester, MA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents regain mobility, improve physical function, and work toward greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.
What You'll Do
  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide skilled treatment focused on strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
