Responsibilities

  • Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and safety techniques
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with PTAs, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team

LTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Harwich, MA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents restore mobility, improve strength, and achieve meaningful functional goals in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.
What You'll Do
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care
