Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Taunton rehabilitation program. You'll have the opportunity to develop individualized plans of care and help residents restore movement, improve physical function, and work toward greater independence.
What You'll Do- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and functional goals
- Provide skilled interventions focused on gait, balance, strength, mobility, transfers, and endurance
- Track resident outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on progress
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility strategies
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with PTAs, OT, SLP, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
