Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - Full Time
Per visit rates: $70 - $160
Cobb, Cherokee, North Fulton, and Cumming
Offering flexible schedule, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package including benefit eligibility upon start date
As a home health Physical Therapist, you would be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. You will work directly with patients in their homes, assessing their needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program
Current Physical Therapist (PT) state license within the state of practice
Current CPR certification
