Physical Therapist (PT) , you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll provide skilled in-home physical therapy services to help patients regain strength, improve mobility, and maintain their independence while bringing comfort and dignity to their daily lives.

As a
Physical Therapist (PT) , you will:
- Evaluate and treat patients experiencing physical disabilities or limited mobility due to injury, illness, disease, or surgery in a home health setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to reduce pain and improve mobility.
- Assess patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and family members on rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and activities that promote safety, health, and independent living.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
To qualify for a
Physical Therapist (PT) position with us, you will need:
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state associated with this position.
- Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience: One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist in a home health or similar clinical setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from patient homes throughout Summit and Medina Counties.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills.
