Qualifications

• Unencumbered state Physical Therapy License
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer physical therapy modalities and interventions
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercises
