$80,000-$95,000/year plus productivity bonus | Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus | Paid APTA membership dues | Annual CEU allowance
Human Performance and Rehabilitation Centers (HPRC), a member of the Confluent Health family, is hiring a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist for our Lovejoy clinic in Hampton, GA.
Career growth opportunity for both new grads and experienced PTs
About the clinic
You'll join a two-therapist team in an open clinic setting with a full gym area, with a outpatient orthopedic caseload in which manual therapy and dry needling are part of everyday care. You'll treat a mixed orthopedic, post-surgical, vestibular and workers' comp caseload, with documentation time built into your schedule and dedicated mentorship with a board-certified, fellowship-trained clinician.
Benefits
• AI-powered clinical documentation support that reduces after-hours charting, so work stays at work
• Student loan repayment paid directly to your lender each month, with increased value after two years of employment
• $1,200 annual CEU allowance, 40 hours of paid time off for continuing education and paid APTA membership dues
• 401(k) with 4% employer match
• Generous PTO, medical, dental, vision and disability coverage
• Structured mentorship and professional development program that begins on day one, tailored to your goals whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician
• Industry-leading continuing education through Evidence In Motion (EIM), including residency, fellowship and board certification support
Mentorship and growth
Your onboarding, mentorship and professional development program begins on day one with 1:1 training on the clinic and EMR, and a supportive caseload ramp-up. Clinic directors run weekly clinical collaboration rounds where the team talks through patient cases, clinical reasoning, manual technique and exercise options, and you'll have the autonomy to practice in the way that fits your training and your patients.
The Hampton-Lovejoy Community
Working at our Lovejoy clinic means living where home values sit well below the metro Atlanta average, with the city and Hartsfield-Jackson Airport still close by. The clinic is just off Highway 41 in the Hampton-Lovejoy area, about 25 miles south of downtown Atlanta and near Jonesboro, McDonough and Fayetteville. Nash Farm Park, historic downtown Hampton and Atlanta's concerts, pro sports and dining fill the weekends.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat a mixed outpatient caseload, including orthopedic, post-surgical, vestibular/balance and workers' comp patients
• Use patient history and physical examination to identify the underlying causes of movement dysfunction
• Build and adjust evidence-based plans of care around each patient's goals, needs and lifestyle
• Deliver skilled interventions, including manual therapy, dry needling (with certification), therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education and modalities
• Track meaningful outcomes and complete documentation within scheduled time, supported by AI-powered documentation tools
• Take part in weekly clinical rounds and collaborate with referring providers, workers' comp case managers and your clinic team
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery
