True 1 0n 1 Patient Care (avg 8 patients per shift) - $5K Sign On Bonus - 401K w/ a 4% Match

 

Are you gettting burned out seeing 16-24 patients a day?  You will never see that here!  Your daily caseload will average between 7-10 patients per day!  True 1 on 1 care is what we pride ourselves in, ensuring you do not feel burnt out during your drive home after work.

 

We are seeking a inpatient Physical Therapist to join our hospital team in Valencia, CA. You will work next to a team of respected OT's, PT's, SLP's, PTA's, and OTA's, to provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. All of our therapists get membership with Evidence In Motion (Continued Education Program), so, if continued education and growth is something you are drawn to….. we are the company for you.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

About

Compensation: $46 - $58/hour, $5K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, paid continued education, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
