Physical Therapy Assistant for Conyers & Covington, Georgia. This role will be headquartered out of Hartsfield office. Job Overview:Provide direct care, patient education and Support of the physical therapy called for in the patient's treatment plan. Consults with and educates other care team members concerning applicable patient assessment and treatment protocols.
What you'll be doing:As the Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide direct care to Home Health patients following the Physical Therapist Care Plan and Physician orders.
Minimum Qualifications:- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
- current physical therapy assistant licensure by the Georgia State Board
- valid CPR certification
- current valid Driver's license.
- 1-2 years experience with geriatric patients
- Home Health experience preferred.
