Responsibilities:- Creating unique, individualized treatment plans that outline the treatment goals and methods to be used.
- Assessing patients and monitoring their progress.
- Coordinating a child's care with other healthcare professionals.
- Teaching children and their families about the importance of Physical Therapy through therapy and a home program.
Requirements:- Active California license.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to manage patients with different involvement levels.
