- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Progress patients based on functional outcomes
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff
- Maintain high-quality documentation and patient experience
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required)
- Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to manage an efficient patient schedule
