Job Summary This role is responsible for the daily operations within the pharmacy including, but not limited to filling prescriptions, security and accuracy of operations, oversight of technicians and the delivery of medications to the patient.
Duties and Responsibilities - Provide and ensure excellent customer service to all pharmacy
- Develop, implement and monitor daily procedures and workflows within the
- Manage pharmacy staff to include hiring and training of pharmacy
- Manage pharmacy staff
- Evaluate pharmacy staff performance, providing appropriate feedback and/or disciplinary measures as necessary.
- Ensure the pharmacy is providing the appropriate counseling to all
- Ensure quality assurance, accuracy, and safety of the medications dispensed and accuracy of the claim submissions.
- Develop and oversee clinical pharmacy
- Maintenance of up-to-date patient
- Proper maintenance, storage and transportation of
- Patient adherence and communication with clinical teams and/or referrals to the appropriate resources.
- Coordinate and supervise deliveries and mailing of
- Ensure that returns are made within the appropriate time
- Ensure procedures and systems are functioning
- Daily orders and inventory
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D
- Registered Pharmacist without restriction in state of practice
- 3 years' experience as a pharmacist with retail
- Clinical/Disease State Management experience is
- Management experience

Working conditions This job is operated in a clinical office environment. This role routinely uses general office equipment. Often wear a special uniform, such as a lab coat or surgical scrubs, protective or safety attire, such as gloves and masks. Exposed to diseases and infections of patients daily. May share workspace with other technicians and staff.
