- Registered Pharmacist.
- Basic Life Support.
Additional Qualifications:
- Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) required in area of specialty practice and/or Certified Specialty Pharmacy (CSP) credential.
- If no BPS or CSP credential at time of hire, then PGY2 pharmacy residency and achievement of BPS or CSP within 6 months of hire is required.
- If no residency training, must have > 5 years of practice experience in area of specialty and BPS in area of specialty practice and/or CSP required.
- PGY1 residency with 2 years practice experience in area of specialty and BPS and/or CSP required.
- (PGY1 = 3 years of experience & PGY2 = 2 additional years).
- Florida Consultant Licensure within 3 months of hire.
- Immunization certificate within 6 months of hire.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other graphics or presentation software.
