Graduation from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
Previous experience in ambulatory practice

Overview
The incumbent is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care for patients of Shands Hospital and the University of Florida Clinics. The incumbent will rotate duties between the Shands Outpatient and Medical Plaza Pharmacies, and must exercise professional judgment in evaluating all medication orders written for ambulatory patients. Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Graduation from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy. Previous experience in ambulatory practice and knowledge of insurance. Strong communication skills, able to operate a computer and interact in a clinic environment. Pharm.D. and knowledge of a clinic specialty a plus. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registered Pharmacist in the State of Florida
