POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Director, insures the quality of care provided to all patients by the clarification and understanding of the responsibilities of all members of the Pharmacy Department. Plans, organizes, supervises and assists in providing acceptable Pharmacy Service to all patients treated at this institution. Is responsible for all activities related to the accomplishment of appropriate Pharmacy Service for patients and physicians.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program approved by the
American Society of Hospital Pharmacists preferred. Previous experience
as a Hospital Pharmacist desirable.
Education: Current license from Louisiana Board of Pharmacy.
