Full Job Description
Position: Pharmacist
Location: Cornwall, Ontario
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Period: April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027
Salary: $45-$58 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including patient counseling on medications, medical devices, and supplies.
  • Partner with healthcare professionals to monitor drug effectiveness, usage, and potential side effects.
  • Offer guidance on common medical conditions, such as diabetes, asthma, smoking cessation, and high blood pressure.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient and accurate pharmacy operations.
  • Provide services under the expanded scope of practice as required.
