ResponsibilitiesUnder direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services or Designee, perform a variety of professional services and responsibilities related to the clinical review of patient drug therapy. Function as resource for Patient Care Services Administrative Supervisors and/or physicians for any pharmacy, medication or patient therapy concerns.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a five year Bachelor of Science Degree in a Pharmacy program required.
- Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
- Minimum three years experience required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay RangeUSD $145,017.60 - USD $181,147.20 /Yr.
