PERSONNEL SCHEDULER - MATOC RESOURCE SCHEDULING
Position Summary
PACO Group is seeking an experienced professional to support WMATA MATOC projects. Develop and maintain personnel schedules and resource utilization plans for multiple simultaneous WMATA projects and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Build task-order staffing schedules and resource utilization forecasts.
• Coordinate assignments, availability and schedule changes with project and operations leads.
• Identify resource conflicts, staffing gaps and upcoming personnel demand.
• Issue rolling 90- and 30-day look-ahead schedules for coordination meetings
• Prepare schedule narratives, impact-analysis reports, and corrective-action plans
• Archive scheduling data and maintain version control per WMATA protocols
• Maintain staffing dashboards, assignment records and reports in Microsoft 365 and Procore.

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications & Credentials (All Required)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools.
• Ability to develop personnel schedules and resource utilization plans across multiple activities.
• 5+ years scheduling heavy-civil or transit infrastructure projects
• Strong analytical and CPM/Critical Path Methodology skills
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
Preferred Qualifications (Not Substitutes for Mandatory Requirements)
• Transit, engineering or construction workforce scheduling experience.
• Experience with multiple concurrent task orders and resource-loaded schedules.
Hourly Rate Range: Approximately $40 - $50 per hour; Commensurate with experience
