Associated Bank is seeking a Personal Trust Manager to lead and grow the Personal Trust business in the Fox Valley by driving client relationships, team performance, and strategic initiatives. This role plays a critical part in expanding market share, enhancing client retention, and ensuring compliance excellence. Key Accountabilities- Lead and manage the Personal Trust team, setting goals, coaching performance, and developing talent.
- Drive business development by cultivating client relationships and expanding new business opportunities.
- Oversee administration of high-value Personal Trust accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and compliance.
- Partner across business lines to identify client needs and deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
- Manage departmental budget, monitor performance, and optimize resource allocation.
- Represent the Personal Trust line of business in leadership committees and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal partners and external centers of influence.
Education & ExperienceRequired:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of Personal Trust, Estate & Probate experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in financial services or investment management
- 7+ years of personal financial planning experience
- Ability to travel locally and reliable transportation
Preferred:- Juris Doctor (JD)
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation
- CTFA (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) designation

$167,930.00 - $287,880.00 per year
