Expected Annual Compensation: $100,000-$200,000 + Commission Opportunities Depending on Experience

We are seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our Colorado Springs team. This hybrid opportunity allows you to focus on developing and resolving personal injury claims while working alongside experienced attorneys and a dedicated legal support team.

The ideal candidate is a skilled negotiator, compassionate client advocate, and collaborative professional who takes pride in achieving excellent outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Manage personal injury claims from initial evaluation through pre-litigation resolution.
• Evaluate liability, insurance coverage, medical records, damages, and case value to develop effective settlement strategies.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing parties to maximize client recoveries.
• Provide clear legal guidance and maintain strong communication with clients.
• Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and fellow attorneys to advance cases efficiently.
• Identify cases requiring litigation and coordinate their transition to the litigation team.

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Colorado law license in good standing.
• Two or more years of personal injury experience preferred, particularly in pre-litigation.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and case management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Annual Compensation: $100,000-$200,000 + Commission opportunities depending on experience.

Compensation may include base salary plus commission or commission-based earnings, depending on experience and qualifications.
