DescriptionWe are seeking a
dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. We are considering candidates with experience in either pre-litigation or litigation, and the position will be tailored to the selected candidate's experience and strengths.
A minimum of one year of hands-on personal injury experience is required. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must already understand the fundamentals of personal injury case management and be prepared to contribute in a busy, fast-paced legal environment.
While experience matters, we believe that
reliability, attention to detail, accountability, and work ethic are what distinguish an exceptional employee. We would rather invest in a motivated professional with a solid foundation and an outstanding attitude than someone with years of experience who lacks those qualities.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, follows through without constant reminders, communicates proactively, and takes genuine pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Our five core values guide everything we do:
- Excellence Is the Standard: We don't cut corners or settle for "good enough."
- Clients Come First: We communicate proactively and treat every client's case with urgency and care.
- Candor and Accountability: We tell the truth, take responsibility, and address problems immediately.
- Lead With Empathy: We treat clients and colleagues with patience, compassion, and respect.
- We Are One Team: We support one another, share knowledge, and succeed together.
We offer a collaborative, high-performing environment where initiative is recognized, accountability matters, and employees have opportunities to grow professionally.
If you already have a foundation in personal injury law, take pride in being dependable, and want to be part of a team that holds itself to high standards, we encourage you to apply.
