Full Job Description
About the role

Reworld is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue. This role requires a seasoned B2B marketer with deep expertise in digital demand generation, lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and performance marketing analytics. This is a full-funnel growth role: in addition to campaign performance, the scope includes the offer, the post-click conversion experience, and go-to-market for new services.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, possesses a strong executive presence, and has a demonstrated track record of building and optimizing integrated, multi-channel, revenue-generation campaigns that produce measurable business outcomes. This individual will partner closely with sales, operations, sustainability, corporate communications, and other business unit leaders to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, qualified leads, and revenue growth. In year one, success in this role will be measured primarily by improvement in lead-to-opportunity conversion and qualified pipeline per dollar of marketing spend, not by lead volume or channel breadth.

This is a hybrid position requiring three (3) days per week in the office.

Office Location: Florham Park, NJ

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B demand generation strategies that drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-accepted leads (SALs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), pipeline creation, and revenue growth.

  • Manage the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display advertising, retargeting, email marketing, content syndication, webinars, and other demand generation channels.

  • Own the budget oversight for lead-gen advertising and marketing programs, including negotiations with advertising partners, trade publications, and other channels.

  • Build scalable lead generation programs aligned with business priorities, target industries, buyer personas, and account-based marketing initiatives.

  • Partner with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue objectives across direct, broker, and inside sales revenue sources.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, including audience segmentation, messaging strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, testing frameworks, and performance measurement.

  • Develop integrated campaigns that effectively connect brand awareness, thought leadership, lead generation, nurturing, and conversion activities.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.

  • Manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing programs, and customer journey optimization initiatives.

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

  • Revenue Attribution

  • Conduct A/B testing, audience analysis, keyword optimization, creative performance reviews, and landing page improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Conversion Experience & New-Service Go-to-Market

  • Own the post-click conversion experience, including landing pages, forms, and the quote request flow, in partnership with the website team, treating conversion rate as a primary growth lever alongside media efficiency.

  • Partner with operations and service-line leaders on go-to-market for new services and packaged offerings (e.g., mail-back programs, customer portals), including positioning, launch planning, and demand capture.

  • Build and run a structured experimentation program across the full funnel, from ad creative and audience through landing page, form completion, and lead follow-up.

Analytics, Reporting & Executive Communication

  • In partnership with the Sales operations team and Marketing Operations Lead, develop comprehensive performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and business impact.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results and maximize ROI.

  • Present campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

  • Translate complex marketing metrics into clear business outcomes and growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with field marketing, content marketing, corporate communications, and sales teams to create compelling customer engagement strategies.
