The Performance & Analytics Product Development team is seeking a senior Product Owner focused on Private Markets and Multi-Asset Class Performance. You will be expected to work with Product, Technology, and Service Delivery teams to design and deliver performance and analytics solutions. You will drive product roadmap and development initiatives for private markets performance and analytics capabilities and serve as a subject matter expert.

What you will be responsible for

As Performance and Analytics Product Owner you will
• Lead Agile teams and business analysis teams as senior Product Owner ensuring functionality is prioritized and delivered as expected throughout the process
• Lead workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state models and ensure product integration with upstream and downstream applications
• Subject matter expert for Private Markets Performance & Analytics

• Develop product roadmaps, business cases, project objectives, operating models, product design, product requirements, process flows, and wireframes

• Define and maintain project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, architecture, and cross product dependencies

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Service Delivery, and other internal stakeholders in the development and rollout of new products and product capabilities

• Support product testing including user acceptance testing as well as test case and test data
• Drive product readiness including release notes, documentation, training, and governance activities for new capabilities and enhancements

• Provide communication to senior leadership on product development activities, projects status, and product roadmaps

What we value

• Experience in Financial Services, Investment Analysis, Asset Management, or related fields
• Experience in product development, product management, business analysis, investment operations, or software solutions
• Expertise in Investment Performance & Analytics and/or Private Market Investments
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with an ability to act as a persuasive change agent
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and can adapt easily to changing responsibilities and priorities

• Ability to articulate product capabilities and benefits to teammates, senior management, clients, and colleagues in technology and service delivery

•Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of Performance & Analytics
• Strong knowledge of the Private Investments space
• Product development, product management, or software development experience preferred
• Accounting knowledge a plus

• Advanced degrees in Finance or related professional certifications (CA/CFA/CIPM/CAIA or equivalent) a plus

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $188,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
