About the Team: Join our TikTok HR team as a People Partner supporting our growing Global Functions organization across the Americas. In this role, you will partner directly with business leaders across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring operational continuity, driving strategic talent initiatives, and optimizing organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR teams to engage talent, support business growth, and cultivate a high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Employee Lifecycle & Operations: Manage end-to-end People Partner processes, including internal transfers, structural re-alignments, seating management, and HR system accuracy in partnership with HR Operations. - Employee Relations & Compliance: Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues; ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations, partnering with Legal and ER teams to conduct investigations as needed. - Org Design & Workforce Planning: Guide business leaders on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, headcount modeling, and span-and-layer optimization. - Performance Management & Coaching: Drive annual performance review and calibration cycles; coach managers on delivering constructive feedback, talent assessment, development, and succession planning. - People Analytics & Insights: Monitor key HR metrics and dashboard analytics (e.g., attrition, engagement, RTO fulfillment, spans and layers) to diagnose workforce trends and deliver proactive talent solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 2+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR Generalist, People Partner, or Human Capital Consultant. - Proven corporate experience across employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and general HR programs/operations. Preferred Qualifications: - 1+ years of direct experience functioning as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) supporting Legal, Finance, or Corporate Services functions in a high-growth or matrixed technology platform. - Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and scaling 0-to-1 people programs and change management initiatives. - Strong analytical acumen with proven ability to leverage workforce data to drive business decisions. - Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills with high attention to detail.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72200 - $143640 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
