Responsibilities
Scope, plan and deliver programs end-to-end within the people and culture portfolio, as well as market-responsive programs. Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Director, Head of Partnering for GeminiApp, driving the end-to-end GeminiApp people strategy.
Co-develop program direction, priorities, goals, outcomes and success metrics with Leadership, continually bringing focus back to agreed priorities and OKRs. Enable the effective collaboration of cross-functional teams on People related initiatives, pulling in the correct cross-functional experts at the right time.
Optimize program team design and efficient ways of working, managing stakeholders and bridging cross-program dependencies and collaboration opportunities. Identify and manage risks, dependencies and decisions. Actively seek solutions and implement mitigation strategies.
