Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular design principles, tailored to BCM and Insurance workflows.
- Define reusable components and frameworks that support product lifecycles.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical solutions with business goals in financial services and insurance.
- Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews with a focus on domain-specific compliance and scalability.
- Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as payment gateways, trading platforms, and insurance data providers.
Experience and Skills - 12+ years of Pega development experience, with 3+ years as a Lead System Architect.
- Pega CLSA certification is mandatory.
- Deep knowledge of Pega Infinity features including Constellation, DX API, and DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with Common Data Model and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 129,000 to 160,000.
